If you are new to this approach, it is important not to try to apply everything at once. The pack is designed to be used step-by-step.
1️⃣ Choose One Issue
Focus on a single matter you are currently dealing with, such as:
- Council tax enforcement

- Healthcare
- Other public authority decisions
2️⃣ Communicate in Writing
Begin by using the “Request for Lawful Authority and Reasons” template provided in the pack.
Send correspondence by email or post and always keep copies for your records.
3️⃣ Use the Templates as Written
The wording provided is carefully structured. Avoid adding slogans, theories, or confrontational language, as this can reduce effectiveness.
4️⃣ Keep Accurate Records
Maintain a clear timeline of:
