Welcome, these are the guidelines and information for Stall Holders who plan to sell their services and/or products at the Peace & Wellbeing Retreat. Please come back here regularly as more information will be added once it becomes available. Electricity is provided in the seating area, studio, yurt and by the firepit. Wifi is available around the Studio too if required.
To book a stall at the Peace & Well-being Retreat follow these steps:
- Contact Shebear on 07944130969 to discuss your stall. Once agreed, continue with the next steps:
- Purchase a Day Ticket for each day you wish to run your stall.
- On the Day Ticket purchase screen once you have put the required Day Tickets in the Basket choose Go To Basket.
- Next check you have the correct items and scroll to the bottom of the page, where you can choose Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your address details and your payment details and below that you can tick Add a note to your order. Enter Stall holder.
- Next choose Place Order.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Provide Shebear with the following information so people can find further information about your products/services. A website page will be created for you on the Peace Officers Website.
- Leaflet about your services/products
- Website link if you have one
- Social Media links
- Set up your stall on the day from 9.30am ready to start al 11am. The main activities end at 5pm but there will still be campers around. We recommend putting your stock away at the end of each day as we cannot be held responsible for it.
- At the end of the retreat, add up your income and donate a minimum of 10% to Peace Officers either with cash or bank transfer.
- IMPORTANT – Please share all adverts to you groups then will get more attendees.
The stalls can be outside but we also have some indoor spaces, if you prefer to be outside, you will need to be prepared for the weather. Bring your own table, chair, sun/rain shade etc. You will be responsible to keep your stall area tidy and safe.
