I, (Your Full Name), a private living man/woman of sound mind and body, hereby issue this Notice of No Consent regarding any attempt to:
- Enter my private dwelling without a lawful warrant signed by a judge.
- Seize my property without lawful authority and due process.
- Conduct searches, interrogations, or enforcement actions outside the limitations of Common Law and Natural Justice.
Legal Basis
Misconduct in Public Office (MIPO): Any official who acts beyond their lawful authority is committing an offense punishable by law.
Trespass and Unlawful Entry: My home is my private property, and entry without my consent or a valid court order constitutes a breach of Article 8 of the ECHR (Right to Private and Family Life).
Legal Fiction vs. Common Law: I do not consent to be treated as a legal fiction or subject to any act/statute that violates my fundamental rights.
